This policy explains what 3R Blocks LLC does with the information you give us through 3rblocks.com: a quote request, an order lookup, a message to your rep, or a portal account.
1. Who we are
3R Blocks LLC manufactures concrete masonry units at 744 Walnut Ave, Bensalem, PA 19020. This policy covers 3rblocks.com, the quote and order-tracking tools on it, and the customer portal.

2. What we collect
Information you give us:
- Quote and booking requests: your name, company, email address, phone number, the delivery address or pickup choice, and the products, quantities and dates you ask for.
- Contact form messages: your name, email, phone and whatever you write to us.
- Customer accounts: your email address, display name and company name. Passwords are held by Google Firebase Authentication and are never visible to us.
- Messages you send your sales rep in the portal, which are stored with the account and readable by the rep, their manager and our administrators.
Information collected automatically:
- Standard server and hosting logs, including your IP address, for security and troubleshooting.
- A one-way hash of your IP address, used to rate-limit the public quote and order-tracking forms. The address itself is not stored in those counters, and the counters expire on their own.
- Aggregate traffic statistics from the Ahrefs Analytics script loaded on public pages. It reports visit counts and referrers. It is not an advertising network and does not build a profile of you across other websites.
We do not take card or bank details on this website. Nothing is charged here. Orders are quoted and settled with our office directly.
4. How we use it
- To price, produce, schedule and deliver what you asked for.
- To contact you about a quote, an order, or a question you sent us.
- To run your portal account and show you your own quotes and orders.
- To keep the site working and defend it from abuse, which is what the rate limits and logs are for.
- To keep the business records the law requires us to keep, including tax and sales records.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
6. How long we keep it
Quote, order and delivery records are kept for as long as we need them for warranty, accounting and tax purposes. Account details are kept while your account is open. Security counters and logs are short-lived and expire automatically.
Ask us to close your account and we will delete what we are not required to keep, and tell you plainly what is left and why.
7. How it is protected
Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. Portal access is role-based: a sales agent sees their own accounts, a manager sees their team's, and administrators see everything. Customers see only records that match their own verified email address, never another buyer's, even at the same company.
No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach ever affects your information we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
8. Your choices
- Ask what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your information, subject to records we must legally keep.
- Ask us to stop emailing you about anything other than an order you have placed.

9. Children
This is a website for building contractors and trade buyers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will remove it.
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it, and material changes are announced on the site. Continuing to use the site after that means the updated policy applies.
