Facade Block, Finished

Architectural block is a load-bearing masonry unit made for walls that stay exposed. Split-face gives a fractured, stone-like texture; ground-face is honed back to reveal the aggregate. Color is integral to the unit rather than a coating applied after the fact, so a chip or a saw cut does not read as damage.

Architects and GCs specify it for storefronts, school and municipal facades, screen and site walls, and feature elevations — anywhere the block is both the structure and the finish. We cast to an approved sample, and we recommend running a full elevation in one production run so color stays consistent across the wall.

How It Reaches You

Finished units ship on protected pallets. Plan covered storage on site so faces stay clean until the wall goes up.

Plant pickup

Load at 744 Walnut Ave, Unit 1C-D, Bensalem, PA 19020. Bring your own flatbed or trailer and we will schedule a pickup window so your driver is not sitting in the yard.

Delivery to site

We deliver across Greater Philadelphia and the tri-state region. Send the site address, access constraints, and how the load needs to be offloaded, and we will schedule the drop against your dates.

How pricing is confirmed

We do not publish per-unit prices. Book the SKUs and quantities you need, and our team confirms price, availability, and the date with you directly. There is no online payment.

The Questions Before the Order

Buyers evaluate a masonry supplier on the same short list every time. Here is how this line answers it.

01

A finish that matches the sample

On exposed work the sample is the contract. We produce against an approved sample or mockup so what arrives on site is what the architect signed off on.

02

One run, one color

Color variation between production runs is the risk on any integrally colored unit. Ordering a full elevation in a single run keeps the wall reading as one surface.

03

Structure and finish in one unit

Architectural block carries load and finishes the wall at the same time, which removes a cladding trade and a layer of coordination from the elevation.

Before You Book

What is the lead time?

Lead time runs about 10–12 business days, depending on the SKU and the quantity ordered. Per-SKU lead times are listed with the sellable SKUs above, and our team confirms the exact date when we contact you about your booking.

How many units come on a pallet?

90 units per pallet. Exact pallet quantities are listed against each SKU above so you can figure loads and site staging before you book.

Can you match a custom color?

Yes. Send the color reference or a physical sample with your request. We produce a sample for approval before the production run starts.

What is the difference between split-face and ground-face?

Split-face is fractured after curing for a rough, stone-like texture. Ground-face is honed flat to expose the aggregate for a smoother, polished-looking surface. Both are integrally colored.

Will color vary between pallets?

Some variation is inherent to integrally colored concrete. Ordering the full elevation in one production run, and blending from several pallets as the crew lays, keeps the finished wall consistent.

How does quoting work — why are there no prices online?

Pricing depends on quantity, SKU mix, and whether you are picking up at the plant or taking delivery, so we do not publish per-unit prices. Book the SKUs and quantities you need and our team confirms price and availability with you before anything is committed. There is no online payment.
