Paving Units, Standard & Permeable

Paver block is an interlocking concrete paving unit for surfaces that take traffic: driveways, walkways, patios, plazas, and site work. Units are sand-set over a compacted aggregate base rather than mortared, so a section can be lifted and reset for a utility repair without recasting the whole surface.

The permeable option uses open-graded joints that let stormwater infiltrate through the surface into the base, which is how site contractors and civil engineers use it to help meet stormwater management requirements. Both options are cast at our Bensalem plant and cubed for site delivery or plant pickup.

How It Reaches You

Site work runs in phases. Send the phase dates with your request and we will schedule releases instead of dropping the whole quantity at once.

Plant pickup

Load at 744 Walnut Ave, Unit 1C-D, Bensalem, PA 19020. Bring your own flatbed or trailer and we will schedule a pickup window so your driver is not sitting in the yard.

Delivery to site

We deliver across Greater Philadelphia and the tri-state region. Send the site address, access constraints, and how the load needs to be offloaded, and we will schedule the drop against your dates.

How pricing is confirmed

We do not publish per-unit prices. Book the SKUs and quantities you need, and our team confirms price, availability, and the date with you directly. There is no online payment.

The Questions Before the Order

Buyers evaluate a masonry supplier on the same short list every time. Here is how this line answers it.

01

Coverage figured before ordering

Pavers are bought by area, not by piece. Send square footage and the layout pattern with your request and our team works the quantity — including an allowance for cuts and waste on curves and angles.

02

A permeable option for drainage

Permeable units let stormwater infiltrate through the joints into the base, which is how contractors use paving to help satisfy site drainage and stormwater management requirements.

03

Local supply for phased work

Site work moves in stages and gets weather-delayed. Casting in Bensalem means plant pickup is an option and a shifted phase does not turn into a long-haul freight problem.

Before You Book

What is the lead time?

Lead time runs about 7–10 business days, depending on the SKU and the quantity ordered. Per-SKU lead times are listed with the sellable SKUs above, and our team confirms the exact date when we contact you about your booking.

How many units come on a pallet?

400–480 units per pallet, depending on the SKU. Exact pallet quantities are listed against each SKU above so you can figure loads and site staging before you book.

What is the difference between standard and permeable pavers?

Standard pavers are laid with tight sand-filled joints and shed water to a drain. Permeable pavers use wider, open-graded joints so water infiltrates through the surface into an aggregate base, which is used to help meet site stormwater requirements.

How much should I order?

Order by square footage of finished surface, plus roughly 5% for cuts and waste — more on layouts with curves or angled patterns. Send the area and pattern with your request and our team will work the quantity with you.

Do you install pavers?

No. We manufacture and supply the units. Your site or hardscape contractor handles base preparation, bedding, laying, and jointing.

How does quoting work — why are there no prices online?

Pricing depends on quantity, SKU mix, and whether you are picking up at the plant or taking delivery, so we do not publish per-unit prices. Book the SKUs and quantities you need and our team confirms price and availability with you before anything is committed. There is no online payment.
